INNOVATION

Many festival goers will be familiar with the BurgerFuel Container Kitchen, slinging burgers to the hungry and sweaty since ages ago, but before that there was another nifty innovation designed to bring burgers to the party people, the Mobile Racing Trailer.

We built the optimus prime beef of food trucks, by customising a car racing trailer into a BurgerFuel on wheels. Hauled from town to town by a purple Dodge Ram, the interior a compact replica of a traditional BurgerFuel kitchen, with a few modifications here and there to ensure all food and health and safety requirements were met.

The first mobile truck was put through its paces in NZ, before being shipped over to the Middle East in 2015, where the food truck scene was finding its feet (or wheels) and just in time for the Dubai Food Festival.

Today, you can find it serving up gourmet burgers and sides in Mirdif Way, Dubai.
