How did you first get involved with BurgerFuel?
My first experience with BurgerFuel was at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. When my brother and I would go and get some lunch after rugby. Hamburgini and kumara fries was the go to order when I was younger, safe to say that’s switched to 2x Double Muscles now.

What was the thing that attracted you the most?
The thing that caught my attention was my friends telling me how great the staff are treated. Coming off a job where that was quite the opposite, I was more than interested. Over the last three years, this has proven to be true, and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.

What do you tell your mates and family about BurgerFuel? What are the perks and best parts of being part of the store staff?
One thing I'm constantly proud of is our store culture! We’ve had very little staff churn, and that has allowed the group to become even closer. I like to set up activities that we can all participate in together, such as tennis or badminton, so we're a team both in and out of the store.

What motivates and makes you proud to represent the BurgerFuel brand?
My biggest motivation is Customer Service. I don’t think there is a better feeling than lifting a customer's mood with a good chat and some banging burgers. I also love that I have a team working under me, and I’m able to guide those who need it.

What is one of the greatest opportunities BurgerFuel has given you?
One of the greatest opportunities I’ve been given is being made a Store Manager. Although I was only 20 when I stepped into this role, it has given me a great deal of responsibility, and I truly can’t wait to see what the next few years hold for me.

What is one thing you would say to any potential individual who is looking to work at BurgerFuel?
If you’re looking for a job here, APPLY!! The food is great, and the people are even better. There are so many skills you can pick up along the way, as well as a multitude of opportunities for those who thrive in the business.
