Having a chance to be Store Manager for Cambridge was an opportunity that Ryan couldn't wait to be a part of.  He has a passion for the brand and loves the burgers, of course! Building a strong team and its culture is a huge privilege for Ryan and he strives to have a fun work place. The ultimate reward? Having and awesome, motivated team and makes coming into work that much better.

How did you first get involved with BurgerFuel? I've always loved BurgerFuel! The vibe, the food, the atmosphere! So, when I saw the job opportunity pop up in a brand-new store in Cambridge, I jumped on it and here we are today!

What was the thing that attracted you the most to BurgerFuel? To be honest the burgers! Who doesn't love BurgerFuel!? I was also at a stage where I needed a new job, something different and exciting where I could progress and build a future!

What do you tell your mates and family about BurgerFuel, what are the perks and best parts of being part of the store staff? I tell them all how much I’m enjoying my job, no two days are the same as a Store Manager at BurgerFuel. The role is so varied which helps keep it exciting and makes getting out of bed each day that little bit easier!

What motivates and makes you proud to represent the BurgerFuel brand? First and foremost, my team at BurgerFuel Cambridge is the motivation. They're such an awesome bunch and got thrown in the deep end when the store opening - safe to say, it was an extremely popular opening. Seeing their resilience to such a hectic store opening and then to push through and get better and better every day is super. As for the brand itself, it’s always a proud moment to serve up fresh and amazing gourmet burgers to our customers and seeing the smiles on their faces as they smash it back!

What is one of the greatest opportunities BurgerFuel has given you? The opportunity to manage a brand-new store is something really special! Not an opportunity that comes a long very often so it’s a privilege for me to hold this role. Being able to build my team and culture is super cool. Something I strive to better at every day, is to create an awesome and fun work environment for my staff.

What is one thing you would say to any potential individual who is looking to work at BurgerFuel? Don’t hold back, go for it! Jump into BurgerFuel's amazing world of burgers! You won’t regret it.
