When you hit an anniversary milestone at The Fuel, you’ll score a custom gift. From repurposed skateboards with a custom design, to bags upcycled from BurgerFuel billboards, you’ll also score a pin to commemorate every year.

Year One – After 365 days at The Fuel, staff score a pair of BF socks, because nothing says 'I care' like keeping your feet warm.

Year Two – When you work in a BurgerFuel store, you need something on your noggin to help keep lush locks at bay, so for year two, staff get a custom designed BurgerFuel bandana to add to their suite of head wear.

Year Three – We promote the BurgerFuel brand through outdoor Billboards, and when those are no longer needed, we send them off to get repurposed into BurgerFuel duffle bags. After three years staff will enjoy a unique, one-off designed bag. No one will have one quite like it!

Year Four – We are in the business of making burgers, and aprons are a must for all staff. So, to mark four years in store, staff score a branded apron.

Year Five, Six & Seven – Nothing says BurgerFuel like a custom designed bit of art, that is showcased on repurposed skateboard decks. Over three years, staff will score a skateboard that represents one of our brand pillars in its own unique way. From Machine, Radio BurgerFuel, and finally Creative, Sweet, the suite all together will make any wall pop.

Year Eight – Spatulas are a big deal, when your flipping pats on the daily, you need the best in class when it comes to equipment. So, after eight years on the grill, staff score a branded, high grade-steel spatula. So, they can make some serious burgers wherever and whenever they please.

Year Nine – Haser is the BurgerFuel Creative, Sweet founder, and long-time friend of The Fuel. He is also a renowned New Zealand artist, paving the way for creatives alike. So, after nine years, staff score a special Haser piece to hang in their homes.

Year Ten – A decade is no small feat, and it deserves something truly special. To celebrate ten years of dedication, every staff member will receive a CW Works Knife—hospitality-grade, razor-sharp, and uniquely crafted with a handle made from repurposed skateboard bits, making each one completely bespoke.

Year Eleven – To complete the set, at year eleven, staff will receive an Iron Clad Pan, perfectly paired with a BurgerFuel Snug to keep that handle comfy and secure. It's the perfect tool for cooking up more than just great burgers.
