Purple Carpet Awards 2025

The 14^thBurgerFuel Purple Carpets Awards returned in November, the annual event brought together Franchisees, Store Managers, Head Office and Area Managers to celebrate the past years achievements.

Ten lucky store staff who had gone above and beyond throughout the year, also secured a spot at the awards and deservingly, celebrated. They scored flights to Auckland, accommodation, lunch, hair and make-up and got to arrive at the event in one of our classic cars.

The night was a massive success, as we weren’t only celebrating the 13 awards and the winners, but also two franchisees who have clocked 20 years as BurgerFuel owners, and of course, our 30^th Birthday!

This year we introduced The Wolfe Legacy Award, in honour of late franchisee Brooke Wolfe, dedicated owner of BurgerFuel New Plymouth from2006 to 2017. Brooke’s legacy is remembered through this franchisee-nominated award, which recognises a fellow franchisee who embodies resilience, tenacity, and the true spirit of what it means to be a BurgerFuel franchisee.
