To be eligible to redeem, you must be an active VIB Club Member (sign up HERE) and must have entered the correct D.O.B in the registration form when signing up. You cannot recieve the birthday burger offer if you are an inactive member or signed up less than 24 hours before your birthday, sorry!

Then head in-store and scan your Member ID in your app to redeem (or let our crew member know your phone number), or order online at eat.burgerfuel.com and select 'USE MY CLUB GOODS' to apply your VIB Birthday Burger to your cart. P.S if you think you popped the wrong D.O.B in the registration form when you signed up, email us at [email protected] with a form of ID (i.e passport or drivers licence) and our team will update it for you, no sweat.
