Fed on Every Shift
Full time workers score a free burger on shift, part-timers get their pick from a select range. No matter how many hours you work, you’ll get fed.

The Burgerfuel kitchen
Front of House
Be the first face customers see when they come in store, made for a people-person who is strong at multitasking. Looking after the front of house you’ll give customers their order, and ensure everything is in order.
Hot Line
Can you handle the heat? This is where burger dreams are made, man the grill and showcase your work ethic and skills whilst under pressure.
Shakes & Sides
We’re known for gloriously thick thick shakes and perfectly cooked spud fries, here you’ll learn how to master the art of gourmet sides.
Prep & Close
Early bird or night owl? When you prep, you’re in early to help get the store set up for the day, perfect for those balancing Uni or focusing on a side hustle. Or do you thrive when the sun goes down?. Night close is for you.
Shift Manager
Helping with ongoing operations for each shift, you’ll be in charge of making sure there’s prep ready for the morning team, overseeing customer service, making sure the hotline stays hot, and general burger business.

Store Manager
You’ll manage the store’s day-to-day operations, including financial performance, recruitment, training, customer and supplier issues, administration, and ensuring quality, cleanliness, and adherence to BurgerFuel standards and procedures.

STORE STAFF
Assisting with all aspects of the customer experience; from Till to Grill. Prep, cleaning, setting up and closing are also key aspects of this role.
Store support
LSM - Local Store Marketing is key to creating and maintaining relationships, becoming the face and voice of BurgerFuel in your local area.
Store Opening Support - Getting involved in opening a new store, supporting new store staff and spreading the BurgerFuel love.
Trainer - Experienced staff who step up to train our newbies to our world-class standards.

HEAD OFFICE
HQ may have projects or trials they need support with, so you could be called on for your expertise. Head Office also loves to employ from within and will open all opportunities to the BurgerFuel system to try and find the perfect fit.

Growing in your BurgerFuel career can lead to leadership opportunities, starting with Shift Managers and progressing through to Store Manager.

There are franchisees in the BurgerFuel system that run more than one store. This role is the conduit between the franchisee and each Store Manager.
