Sony PS Vita Competition
Terms and Conditions of entry:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is BurgerFuel Limited of Level 3, 66 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand (“Promoter”).
3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only (“Eligible Entrants”). The competition is not open to employees of BurgerFuel, their agents, contractors, consultants, their families (including de facto spouses) or other persons assisting with the competition.
4. The Promotion starts Monday 5th March 2012 and continues until Saturday 31st March 2012 (“Promotion Period”).
5. To be eligible to win, you must email us what you love most about BurgerFuel or use the Facebook app.
6. Entrants must be able to provide proof of identity if requested in order to claim their prize. The prize will be given to one Eligible Entrant.
7. The prize winner will be chosen within 30 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. The prize on offer is described below.
8. The prize winner will be asked to confirm their address before prizes are dispatched. Any additional costs associated with the provision of the prizes will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9. The prize winner will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date and the winner’s name and town of residence will be posted on the BurgerFuel website and may be used in any related communications by the Promoter and its associates or competition partners. If the winner doesn’t reply to the email within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next entrant whose entry meets the judging criteria or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
10. Incomplete and incomprehensible entries and entries with defamatory or offensive content or incorrect contact details are not eligible to win and promoters reserve the right to remove these entries from any online media if they are deemed inappropriate.
11. The Promoter and its associates or competition partners accept no responsibility for misdirected, lost or delayed entries and entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period, or for any technical difficulties with entry.
12. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
13. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter and its associates or competition partners may use and disclose the information provided by them by entering the information into a database for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules or suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
16. These rules are governed by the relevant laws of New Zealand.
17. You score a sweet Wi-Fi PlayStation Vita, with 4GB Memory Card, Unchartered Golden Abyss, Wipe-out HD and ModNation. Holla! The final prize is not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or burgers. The Promoter (us at BurgerFuel) reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value. Our decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into nor do we have a second place prize. So make sure your efforts are truly epic.
